Going Camping
So no sooner do we get back from one trip and we're going on another. That's okay with me though.
We're going camping as my Mother's Day present. I wish we camped more often!

Sounds like a great Mother's Day present! Do you rough it and backpack or choose a nice camp site with a nearby bathroom?
How do you cook when you camp? Do you take any easy prep camping food or do you take boxes and coolers full of stuff to cook?

We kind of rough it. We don't backpack, but we have a tent and cook over a fire.
