I don't know what's going on. A Blogger issue? My right sidebar keeps going beneath my posts today.
If I hit "older posts" it goes back where it belongs. It seems to be a main page problem. I've changed what I know how to change and it is bugging the hell out of me.
Is there a CSS genius in the house?

everything looks great here....wish I could help.
Really?
So there are two sidebars and a blog post column in the middle??
Looks fine to me! I can't get the spell check to work on mine. It is driving me nuts.
The right sidebar is under the posts on my screen :(

Can't promise this'll fix it but I recently edited my blog to have 2 sidebars and I think you have your html coded so that there's not quite enough space for the right sidebar next to your post column.
Here's my suggestion for a fix (if it works) but this isn't written in stone so be sure to have a backup to restore your old html if this makes a mess of things.
Find this section of code:
#outer-wrapper {width:890px;margin:0 auto;text-align:left;font: normal normal 100% Verdana, sans-serif;}
I believe it was near the start of your html coding. This would be in the screen under customize for your layout and the edit html tab it will show your whole blog layout in html.
After you find that section of code
Change the number after width
{width:890px
from 890px to around 925px or 950px and see if that allows your right sidebar to move itself to the proper positioning. Looking at your coding you have about 912px of space taken up by your post column and your sidebars including the sidebar margins and your outer-wrap which is the area you have for those items to display is only 890px. Increasing that should hopefully fix your problem.
Now I'm not claiming any sort of expert status here so don't quote me if things go haywire please!
