Do any of you have a Medical Alert bracelet?
What a great website. They seem to have everything from plain-Jane simple, to elegant and unique. They also have a line for kids. The prices seemed really reasonable and the site was very easy to navigate.
Zane is allergic to penicillin and really, until this sponsored opportunity came through, I never really thought about having him wear one. We found out he was allergic the week after he had his MMR vaccination. He got a fever and it soared to 103 and stayed that way for about 4 days. The pediatrician ordered amoxicillin and after one dose, he started breaking out in a rash all over his chest. We immediately stopped giving it to him and our doctor said that he was allergic.
I've heard of the allergies that kids grow out of, as a matter of fact, I used to be allergic to amoxicillin and now, as an adult, I'm fine with it and have no reactions. But how do you know when to try it again?
This is a sponsored post.

I had one when I was younger. Now I'm allergic to more things and I don't. I've never tried penicillin again though I seem to be okay with some second-generation derivations.
