Then at least you know they'll be used.<BR/><BR/>2) The #1 thing you can do to help yourself lose weight is to keep track of what you eat. You don't have to count calories or anything, just write it down. My upbringing made weight a problem since I overeat food I like (because there might not be any left later) and feel pressed to "clean my plate". Writing what I eat down has helped me realize how little I actually need to eat (serving wise) and it helps me temper the urge to eat while it's there or clean my plate.<BR/><BR/>You should drop me and email.
